Aseptic Bottom Valves
Aseptic bottom valves flanged with removable body and welding execution have been thought to guarantee a full drenability of the product, avoiding “Dead Leg” formation.
Thanks to this important detail, these valves are used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries.
Available with pneumatic or manual actuator, fully INOX. Pieces which have direct contact with the product are done by AISI 316 L certificates.

Sterile sampling unit
The sampling unit is suitable to take sterile samples from all liquids in aseptic processes i.e. High purity water, High purity steam, Fermentation processes, Parenteral drugs, etc.
Samples can be taken in a continuous process with pneumatic controlled diaphragm valves or typically as a system with manual valves and a handle bring the complete unit in the laboratory for analyzing the sample in sterile conditions.

Heat Exchanger
Pharmaceutical heat exchanger INSTANTANEOUS single pass is made with SMOOTH seamless tubes.
The tubes are expanded to the tube plates to ensure greater resilience.
The preferred choice is usually without an expansion joint, but it can be installed for particularly demanding conditions.
Sanitary double tubesheet heat exchangers are made to avoid contamination between the primary fluid and the secondary fluid (FDA Standard).
They can be constructed for vertical or horizontal installation, to heat or cool, or a combination of the two alternating phases.
The outer coating of the thermal insulation with external finishing in completely sealed and polished AISI 304 stainless steel.
Zero Dead Leg valves
The Zero Dead Leg valves designed and manufactured by ZAC S.r.l. represent the new modular aseptic system to integrate the zero static ZDL point of use with various flow control and sampling instruments on the WFI loops.
ZAC ZDL valves are specifically designed to guarantee complete drainability preventing the accumulation of product residues and “dead points”, allowing its application in chemical- pharmaceutical processes where compliance with FDA regulations is indispensable.

Spray balls
ZAC’s sprayball are particular suitable for use in foodstuffs sector and specially for preserves, milk, wine, soft drinks, mineral water and in the Pharmaceutical-Chemical sector, etc.
In fact, they are used for washing cisterns, concentrators, horizontal and vertical tanks, tank trucks and surge tanks. Washing and descalling the above equipment can only be carried out efficiently with the use of cold or hot chemical solutions, applied on all dirty walls and for a certain lapse of time.
The ZAC’s cleaning system with sprayballs is quick, simple and effective: it also allows use of boiling water for the washing, which wouldn’t be possible in manual washing il allows automation of washing programmes and the absence of mobile parts avoid the risk of wear even after a long period of use.
